Dr. Prof. Tibor Várady (S.J.D. Harvard) is a legal scholar, highly recognized expert on international commercial arbitration & international business transactions. and a distinguished professor of international law. He has taught at the universities of Berkley, Emory, Cornell, Sorbonne, the CEU, and the Novi Sad University. Prof. Várady acted as arbitrator or chairman in more than 250 international arbitration cases. He has more than 300 scholarly publications. He publishes in five languages. Prof. Várady also acted as counsel in 10 cases before the International Court of Justice. A considerable number of his publications have been devoted to minority rights. Prof. Várady was the Minister of Justice of Yugoslavia in 1992. He also published 12 books of documentary prose based on the attorney archive of his family.
